UDBHAV 3.0 - Blockchain Startup Incubation Program

IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), through its Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology (CoE-BT), is inviting applications for UDBHAV 3.0, a blockchain-focused incubation program designed to support startups building innovative blockchain-based solutions across Uttar Pradesh.

The 6-month no-cost incubation program aims to help startups build, validate, and scale impactful blockchain use cases through mentorship, infrastructure access, commercialization support, and ecosystem connections. Selected startups will receive co-incubation access to IIML EIC’s startup ecosystem and workspace along with mentorship and networking opportunities with industry experts.

Program benefits include legal, IPR, and financial helpdesk support, access to supercomputer, IoT, and 3D printing labs, funding and corporate engagement opportunities, product validation assistance, and support for global market access and expansion readiness. The initiative is backed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, with Microsoft as the technology partner and Kerala Blockchain Academy as the knowledge partner.

Eligible startups must be DPIIT-registered, registered in Uttar Pradesh, have at least 51% equity held by Indian founders, and actively work on blockchain-based use cases or applications.
