Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre invites applications for the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), aimed at supporting innovative early-stage startups working in life sciences and allied sectors.
This scheme is designed to provide financial assistance to startups for critical early-stage activities such as proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, validation, market entry, and commercialization of innovative solutions. It specifically targets startups building impactful and scalable technologies that address real-world challenges.
Eligible startups can receive funding support of up to ₹50 Lakhs, depending on their stage, requirements, and potential for growth. In addition to funding, selected startups gain access to incubation support, ecosystem connections, and mentorship to accelerate their innovation journey.
The program focuses on startups operating in MedTech, BioTech, HealthTech, ClimateTech, Agri & FoodTech, and other allied life science sectors. It is particularly suited for founders working on research-driven or technology-intensive solutions.
