Greenovation Urban Climate Resilience Challenge 2026

The Greenovation Urban Climate Resilience Challenge 2026, supported by Startup India and DPIIT, is inviting applications from early-stage innovators and startups building solutions for urban climate resilience and sustainability. The challenge focuses on addressing critical urban issues such as rising heat, water stress, climate risks, infrastructure resilience, and sustainable urban development.

The program aims to support innovative solutions across areas including resilient infrastructure, climate adaptation technologies, nature-based solutions, sustainable city systems, and environmental resilience initiatives that can help cities adapt, survive, and thrive in the face of climate change.

Selected startups and innovators can receive cash prizes of up to INR 20 lakhs along with potential equity/debt support of up to INR 1 crore to scale their solutions.
